EMDR Therapy for Healing, Recovery & Moving Forward

EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, is a structured psychological therapy that can help with trauma, anxiety, stress, panic and distressing memories.

It supports the brain’s natural ability to process difficult experiences, helping to reduce emotional distress so that you can feel calmer, safer and better able to move forward.
